Individual EHV made from MnCr - alloyed steel, case hardened – highly wear resistant; surface hardness 800 HV10. The individual teeth can be adjusted with shimplates to adapt the pitch circle diameter of the RHV – sprocket to a chain lengthened due to wear in the interlink points of contact. This ensures continued smooth running of the chain.Surface finish: shotblasted and waxed.
